I have been working in large organizations for the past 20 years in roles dedicated to making work a productive and positive place to spend our time. I have a vast amount of experience in leadership development, coaching, team building, change management, and employee experience. My passion is helping people reach their highest potential and creating an environment where talent can thrive.
The Story Behind the Name: What does Ceallaigh Mean?
Ceallaigh is the Gaelic derivative of Kelly and it symbolizes resilience, strength and adaptability- warrior. While I don’t like to think of life as war, the truth is we are all fighting our own battles. Whether it be at work or internal struggles that hold us back from reaching our goals, feeling fulfilled and living our best life. To me this name symbolizes the ability to fight through our toughest challenges and grow stronger- to persevere in the face of set-backs. These are leadership qualities I believe in and work to practice each day.
